BEYOND ZERO is a bespoke environment health and safety company servicing the property and construction industry.

Chris is the founder of Beyond Zero. 

He has an extensive history of working in the EHS industry, being a full-time professional of EHS from 1988-2003 at Lend Lease, a globally integrated real estate company.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Safety Science from the University of NSW, as well a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Canterbury University in New Zealand.

Steve has been partnering with national, international, and local businesses for over 20 years.

He has applied his skills in integrating targeted workplace health and safety solutions in a wide variety of industries which include building construction, civil construction, retail, major infrastructure, engineering, hospitality, logistics, transport and storage, and mining.

His qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, obtained from the University of Newcastle in 1997.

Tamara is a values-based thought leader with over 25 years of experience in tunnelling, rail, mining, civil construction, building and services sectors in both operational and strategic roles.

Her strengths include coaching leaders towards best practice safety culture, standards and accountability in their respective businesses and projects.

​

She Holds a Certificate IV in OHS Management, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, both obtained in 2008. Additionally, she has a BA of English and Psychology obtained from the University of Sydney.

Steven has worked in the construction industry since 2004. He has gained extensive experience as a safety advisor when working on projects with companies such as JG King, Boutique Homes, and BMD Constructions.

Steven founded OHS management company Integrate Safety in 2021, which grew quickly to service construction and development companies through a range of specialist health, safety, environmental and quality services. 

Steven has a Certificate IV and Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He is a registered lead ISO auditor. 

Rob is a motivated problem solver who excels in building strong business relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

His skills in organisation, work ethic, managerial work, and conflict resolution make him a respected WHS consultant and member of the team.

​

Rob is qualified with a Certificate III in business management.

Greg is a dynamic, practical, and multifunctional WHS professional, holding numerous academic qualifications in health and safety.

​

He has extensive WHS experience spanning high risk environments, including road, bridges, gas pipelines, and electrical installations both in and out of Australia.

​

His leadership approach emphasises mentoring, performance transformation through behavioural programs, calibration of team structures and roles, and engagement through reward and recognition.

Ronald is a recognised leader in the WHS industry.

He is known for his in-depth knowledge and practical application of WHS legislation, strategic approach to safety policy formation, and high level human relations skills.

He has a diploma in Occupational Health and safety, as well as an Advanced Safety Management Certificate from Sydney Technical College, obtained 1989.

Graeme is an experienced individual in the field of WHS implementation and management, as well as managing teams of EHS professionals. 

​

Additionally, Graeme is a leading OHS auditor, having assessed the OHS management systems of multiple major construction companies. 

​

He is qualified with a Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle.

Terry is an accomplished Compliance Systems Specialist with 30 years experience in Quality, Safety and Environmental Management.

​

He holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree, a Diploma In OHS and is a RABSQA Lead Auditor.
